Displayed SAR prices are VAT-inclusive beta targets. They are not a final offer until costs, printing and delivery are approved.
سنُظهر تاريخاً متوقعاً حسب المدينة والنسخة قبل الدفع. لن ننشر وعد 2–4 أيام قبل إثباته عبر تجارب فعلية مع شريك الطباعة والناقل.
An estimated date will be shown by city and edition before payment. We will not publish a 2–4 day promise until real printer and carrier trials support it.
الاتجاه المقترح هو السماح بالإلغاء واسترجاع كامل المبلغ قبل اعتماد الملف وإرساله للطباعة.
The proposed policy allows cancellation and a full refund before the file is approved and sent to print.
لأن الكتاب منتج مخصص لا يمكن إعادة بيعه، قد لا يكون تغيير الرأي مؤهلاً للاسترجاع بعد بدء الطباعة. سيظهر هذا بوضوح قبل الدفع، مع مراعاة الحقوق النظامية.
Because the book is personalized and cannot be resold, change-of-mind returns may not apply after printing begins. This will be clearly disclosed before payment, subject to statutory rights.
الكتاب التالف أو المطبوع بشكل خاطئ أو المخالف للمعاينة المعتمدة سيؤهل لإعادة الطباعة أو العلاج المناسب دون تحميل العميل تكلفة إضافية.
A damaged, misprinted book or one that materially differs from the approved preview will qualify for a reprint or appropriate remedy at no extra customer cost.
سيبدأ تجهيز ملف PDF بعد الموافقة والدفع والمراجعة. مدة التسليم النهائية ستُنشر بعد قياس مسار الإنتاج الفعلي.
PDF preparation will start after approval, payment and review. The final delivery SLA will be published after the real production flow is measured.
